GUIDANCE for Comments ON NIETC Corridors BY 6/24/2024

We are encouraging people to send comments in two steps:


  1. Right Now:  Contact Congress and the DOE To Request DOE provide more information and an extended comment period that does not start until after landowners within the corridors have been contacted by the DOE (templates below)  Enter your zip code at  https://www.congress.gov/members/find-your-member to get a list of your elected representatives                                                                                                                                                             
  2. By 5:00pm June 24th 2024: Provide specific comments on the impacts of the Mid-Atlantic Corridor to NIETC@hq.doe.gov
