First Energy & NextERA have Filed Notice of Intent to File Application In West Virginia
Both First Energy and NextERA have said the filing was so that a case # could be opened and they intend to file the Application in early December
There are two cases but it is the same transmission line!
- Gore-Doubs-GooseCreek West VA PSC Case Number: NOIE Potomac Edison 25C
Impacts: Jefferson County
- MARL West VA PSC Case Number: NOIE NextERA Energy 25A
Impacts: Preston County, Monongalia County, Mineral County,
And Hampshire County
