Interest in joint legal counsel 500kV and 765kV

This is for private property owners in Loudoun, Frederick and Clarke counties of Virginia impacted by these two proposals.

We are not a law firm and cannot guarrantee legal representation for all parties. 

Once we have a group of people willing to share legal costs, I will contact each property owner by phone and work with a lawyer to create a contract for the group for these cases (joint intevenors).  Each property owner would sign the contract and provide their portion of the initial funding.
