First Energy has not filed for it's Gore-Doubs-Goose Creek Segment get ready for the VA SCC case now!

In order to participate 

If you intend to intervene "Pro Se", review the examples of filings on the Virginia page and request a Virginia SCC efiling account. Setting up an e-filing account is a manual process and the form has to be mailed! Once the VA SCC sends you an account email you will  only have 72 hours to click the link and create the password ! Verify you can login after you've set your password. 

If you have a conservation easement on your property notify the organization that holds the conservation easements  - they are obligated to defend the easement . 

Get copies of all easements deeds and covenants associated with your property - including the transmission ROW.

Potomac Edison  extended their  NOIE on 6/1/2026 this gives them 90 days to file their application  for the Gore-Doubs-Goose Creek segment. 

This segment impacts  Jefferson County, West Virginia. It is proposed to be within the existing row but new 200' easements are needed in some areas.
